Needless to say, Eric and I are incredibly happy and excited over the election of our new president! We were glued to the tv all evening on Tuesday, cheering loudly whenever
President-Elect Obama won a state. At precisely 11:00pm, it was announced that Barack Obama had won the presidency. We both got pretty teary-eyed. We're so happy that change is happening and that our Lennon will get to experience a better country than we have! For the first time in my life, I can say I'm PROUD to be an American.
